The goal of a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system is building a strong foundation for all marketing efforts, starting with collecting customer data. Designed for consumer-facing industries, the real-time CRM will aggregate ALL customer data into a single location. Its omnichannel approach enables robust features from mobile ordering to social media and more, while simultaneously creating master customer records. It will keep track of customer activity and engagement to better understand how to market the business. To acquire more loyal customers, we use our innovative gift card program. Its goal is to personalize the gift cards in use, offer reloading capabilities and use a card-not- present program that allows our customers to use their phone number as their identifier.
